Full day ride, 9am to 5pm
A day to celebrate Parks Week and mountain biking in Glenrock State Conservation Area.
The day will include mountain bike tours for the enthusiast or the novice, WilderQuest activities for the kids, tours discussing sustainable track construction techniques, stalls selling mountain bikes and equipment, food and drinks.
The day will finish with the Biannual Glenrock and Roll Challenge – a short course race with trophies for first place for men, women and under 16 girls and boys. This is a joint undertaking between the National Parks and Wildlife Service and the Glenrock Trail Alliance Mountain Bike Volunteers.
Medium grading. Suitable for children at least 10 years old and capable of riding at moderate pace for the duration and distance of the ride (9km).
