The Flow Mountain Bike / Trek $10K Custom promotion is open to Australian residents only. Winners will be drawn at random by computer generated selection on 1 April 2014 at 12pm. Winners will be notified by email and via flowmountainbike.com. Winners are entitled to ‘assemble’ their custom Trek Project One mountain bike via http://www.trekbikes.com/au/en/collections/custom_project_one/ up to a maximum value of $10,000. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Any unused prize value is not redeemable for cash. Prize must be picked up from an authorised Trek Project One dealer. There may be constraints on the availability of some Trek Project One bikes – the winner will be informed by Trek of any such constraints. This competition is open to any person resident in Australia. Employees of Flow Mountain Bike or Trek Bicycle Corporation and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families. Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition could be used for future Flow and Trek marketing activity. No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Flow Mountain Bike’s decision shall be final. Flow Mountain Bike reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
