Shipping & Returns
The Flow monkeys really hate returns as they have to do extra work (and hence demand more bananas). Please choose your products carefully, double check your colour choice, and make sure you consult the sizing chart before placing your order.
We will accept returns for our mistakes (bad monkeys!), fality products (bad supplier monkeys!) and on un-opened products. We cannot accept returns for clothing that has been worn – we already have heaps of rags for cleaning our biikes.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (for instance we’ve shipped you a defective or incorrect item) we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item, though in most instances you’ll receive your refund much faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
If you purchased as a guest then simply send an email and we’ll get it all sorted.
We only ship to Australia and New Zealand at the moment. If we expand in the future we’ll be sure to let our international friends know.
Shipping within Australia is free and via Australia Post. Shipping of t-shirts and magazines to New Zealand is at a fixed rate of $7(AUD) via Australia Post.
Unfortunately we cannot offer express or priority shipping at this time.
