Green (Easy) Blue (More difficult)

Quite possibly the flattest mountain bike park in the country. What we lack in hills we make up for in pedalling. A network of natural surfaced trails that sweep and twist through Black Box woodland whilst taking advantage of every bit of elevation change we can manage. Throw in a few built elements to spice thing up and you have something worth trying. Primary network consists of a ‘short’ loop (approx 6 km) and a ‘long’ loop (approx. 11 km) both of which are marked. These loops are interspersed with numerous unmarked link trails. Short loop has more techical features with the long loop making the most of our flat sweeping landscape. The trail network benefits from strong local support from the Coomealla Mountainless Bike Club ( and the Coomealla Sporting Club which will should mean there’s always something new to try each time you visit…

Finding the Trail Head

Flow Nation

Travel down from Dareton on Golf Course Road past the boat ramp and golf course club house (toilets; bar; visitors welcome!). If coming from Mildura, turn off River Road before Dareton into Kookaburra Drive extension (unsealed road). Trailhead is approximately 800 metres along the river from golf club car park along unformed vehicle track. Trailhead signage is visible on right hand side as vehicle track opens up beside the River – both short and long loops start and finish at the trailhead.
