Oaks Flat currently hosts 11km of trail, and this is growing, the eastern side of Arthurville road hosts the car park/trail head and 9.5km of trail, mostly singletrack. The western side is the current focus for trail development and should be complete by the end of 2014. The two sides are linked by riding underneath the old wooden road bridge and along the banks of the Macquarie River, surrounded by the calls of the sulphur crested cockatoos. Trail marking and maps to come shortly, in the mean time, hit upa local for guidance on DubboMTB website or facebook
Soon this site will host some 15+km of singeltrack, with more ST linking you to the Geurie Quarry and Bald Hill trail networks – Shweeeet!

Head south from Geurie on the Arthurville Rd (Mitchell St), head past the trail head for the Quarry trails (4.5km of singletrack) and Bald Hill trails (9km of singletrack), head south for approx. 2km and th large car park/stockpile site is on your left hand side, if you get to the bridge youve gone too far but you can start there too.
