This track has over 60 wooden features including suspension bridges, elevated ramps, jumps, rock dropoffs, flowy downhill loops, over 15km of single track with a proposed pump track coming in the near future. this is a great inner city loop suited for beginner/intermediate with some advance sections. Tracks made by locals over a number of years. ‘B’ lines are provided to cater for a variety of ability levels on features. This track is awesome and a local gem.

Finding the Trail Head

Flow Nation

Come into caloundra from freeway M1 on Caloundra Road, then turn off at Sugarbag Road which is the second set of traffic lights travelling to caloundra. Trail head is about 50m down from the end of seagull drive and Sugarbag road. Parking is available at Ben Bennett Park 1.5km down the road from the trailhead or in the streets.
