The Canadian Open DH presented by iXS saw another year of Australian domination with Tracey Hannah and Troy Brosnan successfully defending their titles, a trifecta for Brosnan. The loose, dry and dusty conditions played in the Aussies’ favour, seeing Danni Beecroft and Tegan Molloy take 4th and 5th in Elite Women, and Jack Moir take 4th in Elite Men with Josh Button and Jake Newell both in the top 20. It wasn’t just the Aussie Elites smashing it; 16 year old Kye A’Hern won U17 Men with a time that would’ve won Junior Men and placed him 15th in Elite Men!
