Imagine a head to head chainless race down a track that morphed a drag strip with a dirt roller coaster, and that’s Whistler Crankworx Ultimate Pump Track Challenge presented by RockShox. Four-time mountain bike and three-time BMX world champion, Caroline Buchanan, came to Whistler fresh from the BMX Worlds and ready to give her arch-rival, Jill Kintner, a run for her money and the pump track world tour title. Caroline invited BMX team mate and fellow Australian, Bodi Turner, along to his first-ever mountain bike event. Bodi made the most of his wildcard entry and beat the biggest names in mountain biking including Mitch Ropelato, Michael Bias, Barry Nobles and more to take the win.
